I made it for Pokemon Pearl, but what I can do it to Ruby? I want to migrate some old Pearl, but I need a national dex.

I think we only beat the elite 4th But I have not played for a while, so I'm not 100% sure.
But moving to migrate from Ruby Pearl, only the national dex in Pokemon Pearl for 6, you can even before receiving a plaque in Ruby to move!
u dont need to emigrate DEX National Ruby, and I do not think that is a national index if not, then I do not know how to
